A comprehensive, on site survey will swiftly detect all leakage problems. The Energy Company in association with UESL can organise repairs, re-test systems and check subsequent billing.
Trade effluent
If you are being charged for Trade effluent, we will ensure your tariff is correct.
Charges
Analysis of bills, site surveys and reports, will be provided at no cost to you. However, should we submit a recommendation which is actioned by you, resulting in a saving, we will invoice you 50%/50% in the saving for 24 months and 50%/50% of refunds and credits.
